At first the fan worked beautifully; quiet and smooth, but then it started getting wobbly and noisy. We should have sent it back at the first sign of trouble. We know better now.

I have tried many, many different fans. This has to be one of the best I've ever purchased. Love that you can control the speed of the fan, also the different modes; my fav is the one that starts low and gradually builds. Reminds me of ocean waves. The only reason I didn't give five stars, is because the remote beeps every time you push a button. Should be able to mute or remove that. But besides that small inconvenience, I would definitely buy this again!

Live in the heat of Arizona, don't even have to have it on high to keep me cool when focused on me as opposed to oscillating. Oscillating works well for keeping a small room cool, but nothing large, which I didn't expect. Set it on medium and low for most of the time, medium when sleeping and stay cool even with a blanket. The fans receiving angles for the remote aren't the greatest, you have to be pretty much pointing it directly at the face of the fan, which is a little bit annoying when trying to change the settings while it's oscillating. It's relatively quiet. I find the nature and sleeping modes to just be obnoxious and keep it on normal. Putting it on the other modes while sleeping woke me up, as it became irregular white noise rather than consistent.

-0.5 Star for low remote receiving angles
-0.5 Star for the fan getting louder and louder the longer I own it
-1.0 Star for the fan beginning to emit a loud whirring noise unless tilted forward after owning and regularly using for about 3-4 weeks.

I love the variety of settings on this fan, the height and the very existence of a remote so I can change it up at night. This is a lot quieter than other fans I've owned before, and the sleep mode is great for varying levels of air when you're sleeping and don't just want air blasting at you. I don't think this is great for very large spaces unless you set it on high, but for a bedroom it's perfect (for me at least!)

I purchased this fan in August of 2018 and it stopped working 2 weeks ago (November of 2018). This product only lasted a little less than 3 months, which conveniently was right after the warranty expired. This is a horrible quality product that is being labeled as "best choice," which is deceiving and manipulating to the buyer. When I contacted the company about this product breaking, I received an extremely vague and general response in return. I proceeded to contact the company 2 more times, and received almost the exact same response each time that did not answer or clarify any of my questions or concerns. This made it very clear to me that they do not care about their customers at all. Also, this product came without the 4 screws that are supposed to secure the base together, and when I brought this to the attention of the company they did not offer any assistance or a replacement/ refund.

Save yourself money and energy and do not purchase this fan. It will stop working after the warranty expires, and you will have cheated yourself out of $50.
