We've had other pet fountains in the past. Either the cats didn't like them or they were always difficult to maintain, clean, not working, noisy. This one is super quiet, easy to clean, and our cats like it! We have several cats and I think they all enjoy being able to gather around it and drink. Very easy to work with, I purchased
a motion type in Oct. it stopped working. I ordered this round S/ S topped unit for less money then the last one.
Im very pleased with the ease of use and cleaning. I took it all apart first to make sure the motor was easy to take apart and clean. The filter is nice size and easy to remove and clean without emptying it.
The light was too bright and spooked my cat. Took a week before she used it.
There is a place for the usb/ cord to slide throught on the back so, I placed the light in it and not in the water. There are 2 holders for the cord at the top of the channel to use to prevent water from creeping up the wires and out. I also found its easier to see the water line with bulb in the channel.
It comes with a USB to AC plug so can be used either way. The top removes and it's super easy to place back and it automatically connects to the pump, no fussing with tubing connections.
I fill it about half way and add water as needed. It is good for cats or small dog holds about 2/3 of a gal if full. Very simple, does have a very slight sound but not annoying.
It comes with a few water features, for water flow but, found using none works best, to prevent any water spatter. Very reasonable price.

I have had four or five different water dispensers for my cats over the years, and this one is, by far, my favorite. Here are the things I love about it:

- Whisper quiet. I don't even hear a hum from the pump.
- Large water reservoir. Many days worth of water can be held in the fountain, perfect for when we are away.
- Easy to clean. The entire top water tray is stainless steel and easily removed/cleaned.
- Excellent water filter design. The filter fits snugly and filters all water as it flows back in. The filter setup in this fountain is definitely superior to any of the other ones I've owned.
- Three dispenser options. My cats really love the "flower waterfall" but it is nice to have a couple other options for how the water is dispensed from the fountain. My cats love to drink from the sink spigot, and the waterfall dispenser is the perfect flow to mimic that.

I also like that it is very easy to see how much water is in the fountain via the front water level window. The fountain glows blue at night and definitely lights up our kitchen, which is a positive for us, but keep it in mind if you wanted to use it in a bedroom.

The fountain was very simple to assemble. We've had it a month now and it continues to work great! Our cats love it and drink from it much more often than they did when we just had a water bowl. Plus the continuously flowing, filtered water keeps it fresher.

Excellent product! Would highly recommend!

We have 3 of these. Ordered this one for a friend. We like them a lot. One that we got, the flower portion didn’t work right but it’s made to work without it too. Our cats don’t seem to mind. Out of 4 of them, only one had a problem and not one that would cause it to need to be returned. Love the filters for these. Our oldest cat has kidney disease. I really wish they’d had these when she was younger. I don’t think she’d be sick now if they did. All our cats are drinking lots more and their water is always clean. No bowls with disgusting things floating around in them. No bowls getting spilled. There are tons of these now. When we started getting these there weren’t many to choose from. There could be better ones out there now but these are working great for us and we have yet to have to replace one. I think we got our first one 3-4 years ago.

**Update: the filter is not as good as it sounds. Doesn't filter hard water as it states but is good for keeping dirt amd hair put of the water.

This is 100% as advertised, a great little water fountain that the cats love. It is completely silent, I was expecting a little humming or something from the pump, but nothing 😃. The light is great so it doesn't get kicked or knocked over at night. And the water level is so easy to read.

The only reason this does not get 5 stars is because the flower spout is plastic. If they made that from the stainless steel it would get 5 stars. Plastic can cause chin acne in cats. And there is not enough room for the cat to dring from the stainless basin when the flower spout is attached without the cats getting their heads wet. So if you have multiple cats that have different drinking preferences, opt for the longer one that will allow both options at once.

Over all, fantastic and I am happy with it. Updates will follow if needed. Only had it for a week 😊
