If you notice in one of my photos, the M200 cylinder does not swing out far enough to clear the revolver's frame like how many other revolvers do. I assure you that it will be fine, it's just not perfect. When you attempt to load the M200 using this speedloader, you will not be able to insert the cartridges all the way like how you can with other revolvers. If you look at another photo that I uploaded, I tried to demonstrate how far you can insert the cartridges and you should see that the cartridges don't insert all the way into the M200's cylinder while you attempt to load the M200 with this speedloader. Once you get to this point, all you have to do is just turn the speedloader's knob clockwise, let gravity work for you, and the cartridges should fall into the M200's cylinder. As I said, it is not perfect, but it works.
Originally, I bought only one of these speedloaders to try out first to see if it will function well enough to load my M200. Once I confirmed that the HKS 10-A does work for my M200, I bought a couple more and also four Bianchi Speed Strips. Obviously, the speedloader is the fastest way to load a revolver, but the speed strips are flat and not bulky to fit inside one's pocket and they still load a revolver faster compared to manually inserting cartridges with your fingers.
I would say the quality of the HKS speedloaders are pretty good and I expect them to last a long time.

As I said, this is good for the firing range and it wasn't expensive.
Using it with a S & W .38 special two and a half inch barrel, just barely clears into the chamber, probably more accurate to say it takes a minute to learn how to fit all six rounds in and not scratch the frame.
