Customers like the quality, ease of assembly, and self-propulsion of the lawn mower. For example, they mention it has a great engine, is easy to start, and is a real work horse. That said, they appreciate the smooth movement and the fact that it cranks on first pull.

Customers find the lawn mower easy to assemble and start. They also say it's a great mower and easy to handle.
Tried to mow the yard, damn thing will only cut 2 to 3inch deep grass or it stalls out. Rear wheel drive is good though. It has a plastic garden hose attachment to clean mower that stripped out in 3 seconds. Spent 20 minutes with it now it gets returned.. Buy one, you will be sorry..
A heavy duty mower with a Honda engine. The mulcher is excellent. No need to ever bag. No grass clippings left after mowing. Rear wheel drive has excellent power. Have to apply power slowly or it will yank you out of your shoes. This is a quality machine. Engine has automatic choke. Takes two pulls to start vice one pull on old mower with manual choke, but no big deal. Made in Georgia but shipped from Long Beach. Took six days to deliver. Again, no big deal. Delivered to garage. $50 cheaper than local “big box” outlet and they did not deliver free. Very happy.
I have mowed my small lawn of centipede grass (which doesn't need mowing very frequently) a total of 15 times in three years. The drive belt has come off of the transmission pulley three times. Do you all realize what a pain it is to reinstall the belt? The entire rear end of the mower must be dismantled with a combination of metric and US tools and then reassembled. That takes me about 1.5 hours now. Unfortunately I'm getting good at it. This Husqvarna drive technology stinks.
Negative---Not a good mulching mower. Turns grass, long or short into blackish green sludge. Stalls frequently. ---I don't really like the dual little handles that control speed. Hands must be on the little handles controlling the self propelled feature. There is never a time to just mow, always have to squeeze, adjust, squeeze---instead of just a self propelled speed or two to move forward, release, etc. By the end of summer 2019, the handle had dropped really low. We had to rig some washers to prop the handle up. Also, the insignia on the front of the mower has popped off, so grass gets stuck in the front of the mower. The continuing main positive is the power of the cutting/mower...I don't try to mulch because of the black sludge that is produced, but I can cut pretty rugged plants to clear paths in my less than 2 acre forest on my land. Still do not like the two handles that must always be squeezed less or more to power the mower...hard to always judge and always be changing or maintaining the speed. Powerful, but iffy if I would buy it again.
great for 2 weeks came a with bolts strip on handles finaly got right ones, then started sputtering and black smoke till warm up,rear whell drive acting up 3rd week the pulley and belt exposed should have cover////// my son same modle except front drive about 16 years old never to shop what going on //////? sending back for refund ,maybe look for old husqva
I like this mower but has a few problems. Starts with one pull but acts like choke is stuck. Oil leaking around govoner shaft. Will call for warranty work. Bought the Honda engine because it's supposed to be better.
Bought this mower from an Amazon seller in April. This mower has been fantastic. I had to adjust the self propelled belt a couple of times due to my cutting some very heavy brush full of stucks , straw and pine combs. Any mower would do that. It has cranked every time on first or second pull. Many people ruin small engines by using gas with ethanol without adding a non separator to the gas. If you are using the gas yi u out in the mower, you are fine without ut, but allowing the gas to sit and separate will quickly ruin an engine.
My dad bought this for me as a gift back in 2018. Complete junk. The rack that connects to the mower snapped off after a few uses. One of the screws holding it in place snapped in half. Had to go out and buy a new screw and nut. The entire handling rack was wobbly in general.
The plastic guard on the back came off while cutting the grass. I accidently ran over it. Pieces flew everywhere. That was dangerous.
It was an absolute pain in the butt to start. Every year it got worse. But it eventually started after 20mins of pulling the thingy.
Then yesterday, I tried starting it to cut the grass and nothing happened. I replaced the spark plug. Nope. Still nothing. My dad came over and he couldn't start it. He ended up taking it, opening up the carburetor and saw that it looked completely fine. He put it back together and it still wouldn't start. Plenty of gas and oil as well.
Pure junk and a waste of money after a mere five years of use.
My dad used the same lawn mower from the early-80s until 2018. That was made better and made in America. This Husqvarna one was cheaply made. But it was made to break. I'm glad they don't make lawnmowers anymore.
I ended up buying an EGO lawn mower today and it is infinitely better.
