This is the worst experience I have buying online. The speaker is used, I understand that, therefore I bought it from a certified Amazon seller, especially the speaker is bought for a lady friend. Only after 3 days of using, the speaker made a shattering noise when power on and off. When playing music, there was constantly some hissing background noise. This is a fatal defect of a speaker, that means the speaker has problem when vibrate. I asked the customer service very clearly that the seller is responsible for the postage when return. But the return label generated was not paid, Customer service of the seller was very poor. Now I have to go through Amazon customer service for postage refund. JBL is a very good quality speaker, I have a few of them, that is why I recommend to my friend, but this item made me look very bad.
