Although it did function as expected after the final installation was complete, the generic wiring plug that came with it was a horrible mess to install. My 2002 seville does have an access opening for the pump replacement, but the space you have to work in is tight. Having to rewire the plug (without any diagrams or instructions) is not for the faint of heart. If the wiring is wrong, it will spark, and considering its in the fuel tank, think twice before attempting. Find a pump that is intended for "plug and play"
I would not recommend this for this application.

There's No wiring diagram to help on what wire belongs to what color, since wiring kit has different colors than what my car has. I tried looking Online for help on installation for wire color code But All I Found is other POOR SOULS LIKE MYSELF wondering what wire goes where????? Next time I'll Pay a little extra and buy something that is plug n play.
