Be sure to clean up the connector good. Just blast it with brake clean or electrical contact cleaner. In fact if you suspect you have a bad ICP, disconnect your sensor and look for oil in the connector, if there is oil, then clean it and re-insert connector... if your problem goes away good for you, but it will probably be back because the failure mode is leaking oil through the unit.
I am very happy, if the unit fails per-maturely like some have experienced, I will certainly edit this review.
After that I had to head home back to base and I soon as I would drive over 65mph the check engine light would come on and if I shifted out of 5th
the whole the would just shut off. I limped it back 700 miles at 60mph. After taking it out I saw that it busted the thread completely off.
In short, spend the $150 and get the real sensor and don't waste your time.
