Painted shower tiles with it - works great!

Painted shower tiles with it - works great!
I used this product to paint my shower. We have a huge walk-in shower and I did A LOT of research before to make sure I won’t ruin the bathroom. I prepped the tiles with cleaning, acetone and sanding, used a specific primer and then this enamel paint. And it worked so great! My old tiles were dark brown with a glass stone border and even darker grouts. This paint covered it all! I used three coats, two would have probably be okay as well, but I didn’t want any dark shades and I wanted it evenly white. I’m really happy with the outcome and can absolutely recommend this product. I know it’s not made exactly for this purpose, but since I couldn’t find enamel/epoxy paints in any local paint store I went with this. I’ve been using this shower now for weeks and there’s no sign whatsoever that the paint won’t hold up.TIP: Use an air filtering mask, and open windows, use air vents or fans because this paint has a toxic smell. The bad odor disappears as soon as the paint dried up, leaving just the smell of a freshly painted room. Also, wear gloves while painting because water and soap won’t clean your hands. If you need to remove spots and spills of paint, do it as quick as possible and use acetone or paint thinner. It gets trickier the longer the paint dries. Scrape off with a razor blade if completely dried up.

5.0 out of 5 stars I like it.

So far I like this appliance epoxy paint. Even though it's for appliances I used it to paint my kitchen countertop, tile and a cabinet it worked well on laminate and it shines so beautifully and it's pure white. I'm not sure how long it will last but I'm hoping for a good outcome. It goes on so smoothly be sure to wear gloves it's sticky. It dries quickly but I waited 48 hours to be certain and It cleans very easily. Be careful what you use to clean because it is epoxy and certain products can diminish the epoxy. I'd recommend this product for anyone who is thinking of using for appliances, countertops you won't be disappointed.
UPDATE: Almost a year and the countertop still looks great. I will say be careful with anything that stains, be sure to wipe quickly, I learned that if you do encounter a stain, pour bleach the size of the stain on the stain let sit for one or two minutes and the bleach will remove it. I purchased Great Value all purpose spray cleaner with bleach and works great. I recommend this product.

4.0 out of 5 stars There are some issues but I am happy
Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2022
What I liked is that it gave my 65 year old porcelain tub a fresh new look. Is it perfect? No, I barely knew what I was doing. I did this on a Wednesday, and hope the odor would dissipate before my husband came home on Friday. There are some areas where I must have not cleaned it well, because it peeled a little, it really needed another sanding and another coat, but I couldn't handle the smell any longer.
I didn't try cleaning my brushes or rollers because this stuff is like glue. I wore a n95 mask, ran a fan, the exhaust fan, opened the window and ran a heater while painting. The smell still lingered for days afterwards. This picture was only 3 coats and I am thrilled.

Our refrigerator suddenly started resting. Over the course of about nine months it got to the point where it looked really really bad. I thought I just had to replace the refrigerator but that proved to be more difficult than I had anticipated. So I spent the 20 something dollars on this can of paint, it looks great and it was so easy to do I highly recommend it.

Our Whirlpool fridge is 20 years old BUT ticks like a clock! Not a days trouble in 20 years BUT she was sure starting to show her age with chipped paint especially around the handle areas. Wear and tear. Years of fridge magnets and posted notes you know how it goes??

After stumbling on this product I decided to give it a go! Take your time and read the directions. I used an orbital sander and 180 grit as directed to take the sheen off the original finish. Removed the handles and hardware. Use a good quality foam roller! Results were amazing! It was a night and day difference.

Only regret??? I forgot to take a BEFORE photo to show you how bad it use to look
