Air Lift's customer service is awesome. They really stand behind their product. I used and abused these bags last year. Somewhere in the system, I developed a slow leak over the winter. I emailed Air Lift because they have a lifetime warranty. More or less no questions asked and Air Lift sent me a brand new kit. What's nicer, is they sent me the new upgraded 1000HD bags. I offered to pay the difference in price, but they wouldn't take my money. The new bags are even nicer. They're stiffer for more leveling capacity and have a better method of connecting air lines to the bags.
Removing the old bags was hard! But this is due to the quality of the product. I couldn't believe how thick and sturdy the red 1000 bags were! The black 1000HD bags are even thicker. I hope I never have to remove these lol.
Bottom line, buy these bags (or the 1000HD bags). You won't regret it. It's a cheap and easy option that works well and is backed by a great warranty and customer service.
I am working on a 2015 Ram Tradesman 4x4 with the C25 contractor package. It includes heavy duty suspension.
Installing the airbags inside of the springs according to the instruction on page 4 is next to impossible. The instructions say to flatten the airbag and fold it up like a hotdog bun and slide it in through the bottom coil. I'm a big healthy guy and there is no way that stiff sucker is going through that coil. Mad Mountain Dean couldn't do it! In my opinion, the instructions are for the light weight airbag. At any rate the following is how we did it.
Raise the truck by placing the jack under the differential. Place two jack stands under the frame just ahead of the lower control arm brackets, and lower the truck onto them. Now move the jack to the shock bracket, raise the axel a bit and remove the lower shock bolt and the lower sway bar support bolt. easy peasy. NOW lower the axel and the spring will come right out. Apply some baby powder to the air bag, and insert it into the spring. The plastic isolator strip on the top coil must be removed and discarded as the instructions on page 4 say. Put the top wafer that comes with the kit onto the airbag and push the bag to the bottom of the spring. Now, have the barb and tubing assembly made up, and screw the fitting onto the top of the airbag. Make sure that the fitting is properly seated. and tight. Finger tight ain't gonna do it. if it is not tight, as you position the tubing, it will come loose and you will have a leak. Place the wafer on the bag, and the upper spring cup onto the spring, and re-install the spring. Repeat for the other side. Rout the tubing to the tee. I used the tee that came with the Air pump/controller. the bag kit provides a flimsy nylon barb tee that requires tiny clamps. If you are working on the ground it is difficult to use the barb tee while the insert tee is a snap.
Buy the air pump kit. It is excellent. it has a bluetooth remote and it constantly monitors the air pressure. filling the bags with a air hose is gonna be a disaster. 5lbs must be in the bags minimum. so when you want to lower the pressure, the controller lets the air pressure out to 5lbs. It's great, Im telling ya! I installed it under the rear seat rather than under the truck. There is no way I'm putting that baby out in the weather. The instructions say to avoid moisture! Well it rains OCCASIONALLY in Florida, and the humidity is always high. There is plenty of room under the rear seat on the passenger side.
That's my story, and the completed system is awesome! Other than wasting time and aching hands trying to get a bag into the spring, the install is a piece of cake.
Good Luck!

With the trailer hitched and the cap full we had 2560lbs of payload and tongue weight running them at 58psi each side the trip from Moncton to Kelowna and back from Kelowna to Fredericton with 2400lbs payload and tongue weight running 58psi. When we go with just trailer camping for a weekend I only need 8psi to 10psi to keep the truck level with 4 adults and the camper.
We do not have a weight distribution hitch for the camper. Tongue weight of camper is 270lbs unloaded and 380 to 450 with gear and water full depending on camping trip. The airbags help alot with the bumps and swaying but do not eliminate the swaying.
Picture is the truck sitting with 2100lbs in back seat and in bed with 52 psi after our trip from Kelowna to Fredericton.
Valves stem internals came loose before trip when there wasn't much pressure in the unloaded truck. I just didn't think of checking pressure for the minimum 5psi for a while. So the valve were leaking air slow until I tightened them up and haven't had to top off for the left over 3400km(2112miles) of the trip.
I have had these airbags on the truck for 11months now they've been in weather of 40c to -18c and still holding pressure and weight good with 32300km(20070miles) on them. There is no lift, spacers, leveling kits on the truck for reference. I only have the airbags with no on board compressor.
Sticking the airbag all the way in the spring sucks if you can't get the wheel fully lifted off the ground prior to installing. Two pictures is driver side with airbag and then passenger side before airbag. Took about 1h to put in and run the air line to the license plate.
If you plan using a hanheld/portable tire inflator get a 12v socket extension 12ft like I have you'll be safe or just save the trouble and put the valve stems in fuel filler door area so the pump can reach with no extension. You got a cordless one perfect and when we didn't have one we just used gas station air pumps. Takes less then a minute to go from 5psi to 60psi, it says to not go over 50psi did 12000kms at 58psi you'll be fine.
If your looking to have a consistent load or tongue weight go for the air lift load lifter5000 it is going to be more durable and easier to level off the truck loaded long term. Without the on board compressor they are reasonably priced. I'm eventually upgrading to these down the line this year(2021). Since the coil spring airbags are for up to 2000lbs still have been working great for the jobs.
Edit: I have got the truck certified and registered for approximately 8198lbs gvwr from the factory 6900lbs gvwr. Now legally have 2631lbs of payload instead of 1380lbs from factory. Still use the airbags to keep it level and support most of the loads.
