    System leaks
    After a little over a year, and feeding my system with 80 PSI (recommended for better results), it started leaking badly. I think its O-rings need replacement but when I called product support I was told they do not carry replacement rings and for me to spend almost $200 to replace entire valves, instead of just its 50 cent rubber O-rings. Really, really bad response and reflective of how greedy some companies can be.There are similar hi-flow RO systems out there. I would not recommend buying this one.

    Great product

    Update December 2023;

    We have been running this continuous since 2015 and couldn't be happier.

    Back in 2015, we were looking for a means to supply RO water throughout the house. I looked and had quotes of many systems from independent units at each location to commercial racks designed for the home. I was not however overly enthusiastic about systems costing over $10,000.00 and requiring professional services annually.

    More out of desperation than seeking this product and at the time of purchase it was under $1,000.00 for the unit, pump, tank, accessories and a set of replacement filters, I thought of this as a cheap experiment.

    I have not yet had to replace the filters and today I checked and verified that it still is putting out water at 13 ppm and with remineralization, I'm able to maintain my levels within the 120-160 ppm.

    We use the system for the ice maker, 2 Keurig 2500 coffee makers with continuous water supply (Replacing the old 1500 models), 2 taps in the Kitchen, one bar tap in the bonus room, 3 bathrooms for drinking water and rinsing after brushing as well as the steam humidifier tied to the forced air system. Daily consumption would average around 18-25 gallons a day depending on season.

    For an initial experiment, i think we did just fine.
