Also the OEM throttle cable bracket would not fit, as the locating boss on this carb body was slightly larger. My chromed Harley carb top did fit perfectly, however. The carb body, slide, diaphragm, and enrichener valve all appear to be very well made. I am also pleased to report that this carb does not leak.
In short, this can be a usable carburetor if you are willing to replace a few parts. I would not recommend trying to slap it on your bike and use it as delivered. At this price point, it is reasonable to expect to do a little tweaking.
EDIT: The accelerator pump only dribbled fuel, did not spray a stream at all. So I changed to my original float bowl, complete with the pump, using the new bowl gasket. Now it works as it should! Test the pump before mounting this thing to your bike.
In the description it says stock is 185. does not come with a 185. Inside the carb had a 170 and a 45 installed. Luckily the Harley jet tube was the same size even though the Harley jet was not. Went with my 180 I was already running. The throttle cable hole was too small and had to use mine also. Otherwise it the body and gaskets were the important part for my sportster. Depressing it didn’t come with the 185 it stated it came with though

Back story, I have been working on cars and bikes (as a hobby) for 4 decades....and when I finally had it with the carburetor running too lean (California bike....made to run lean for emissions) I painstakingly rebuilt this carburetor twice...changed jets several times...made sure all the passageways were clear....slowing replacing parts and choke cables until I had spent about $100 on parts.....it ran OKAY....still too lean, so I figured...WTH...if it doesn't work, I could return it... Oh Boy oh boy am I a happy boy....the bike FINALLY runs (actually) BETTER than new.

UPDATE: 5/8/23
After adjusting and readjusting the float height with no success of stopping the gas leak, I discovered the needle valve is WAY too high. OEM is about 5.5 mm, this piece of junk came with the valve set to nearly 9 mm. How to I exchange ot get a damn refund?!
